Terms of Service

By accessing and using Landlord Safety First, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We provide professional property compliance services including EPCs, EICRs, and Gas Safety inspections across the M25 region.

All inspections are carried out by certified and insured engineers. We act as a platform to connect property owners with qualified compliance professionals.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to engineer availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Property access is the responsibility of the client. If an engineer cannot gain access at the scheduled time, a re-attendance fee may apply.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Services must be paid for in full before certificates are issued. Digital certificates are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of a successful inspection.

Bundle discounts (15% off) are applied automatically when multiple qualifying services are added to the cart for the same property address.

While we ensure all engineers are fully accredited, Landlord Safety First is not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from inspection outcomes or property failures. Remedial work is the responsibility of the property owner.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
